February 13th Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony Marked the Grand Opening of the Freedom Village

fv osh misc 28A February 13 ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the grand opening of the Freedom Village affordable housing development in North Philadelphia by the Board and management of Trevor’s Campaign for the Homeless, the project developer and owner.
